Tony is vice chairman of the Angel Capital Association. Formerly founder and CEO of Entek IRD International, Inc., an enterprise software and electronics business. Winner of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and winner of the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce Small Business Person of the Year Award. Chair of Ohio’s IT Alliance, the statewide Ohio Edison Technology Center of information technology. University of Tennessee (BS, Industrial Engineering), University of Cincinnati (MBA). QCA member since 2000.

Former vice president and Chief Financial Officer of the Interact for Health. Former Dean of the Williams College of Business at Xavier University. Chairman of the Board of Frisch’s Restaurants, Inc. Miami University (BS, Finance), University of Michigan (MBA), University of Cincinnati (Ph.D., Management). QCA member since 2005.

Executive Director (ED), managing the marketing and operations for Queen City Angels

In his role as ED, Scott promotes assistance and resources for entrepreneurs and startups. He manages educational programming and entrepreneurial assistance programs with QCA’s Marquis Sponsor and Partner, HCDC’s Business Incubator. Scott reviews applications for funding from companies seeking investment and provides feedback to entrepreneurs pursuing engagement from angel members and QCA. Scott also connects and partners with the entrepreneurial community, StartupCincy and works with other partner organizations in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, including, but not limited to, Aviatra Accelerator, The Brandery, CincyTech, Cintrifuse, Greater Cincinnati Venture Association (GCVA), Hamilton County Business Center, Hamilton Mill, Hillman, MORTAR, OCEAN, Pipeline H2O, SCORE and UpTech. Scott is a member of the branding/marketing committee of the Angel Capital Association (ACA), the trade group that supports angel investing.
